I feel the same way about holiday music, as I do about (some) gospel music. Irrespective of whether you believe in the underlying reason for songs and their lyrics, a lot of it is simply good music. Now, take holiday or gospel music, and blend it with one of my favorite genres–jazz–and it’s all good.
