please don’t say it…ok, maybe just once

Ok. I know all the “Shit __ Says” videos are near­ing, if not already past, the point of over-saturation, but these two videos about pho­tog­ra­phy made me chuckle. There are so many things I’ve heard on both sides of the coin. I admit being guilty of drop­ping a few lines from the first video, but I’m not telling which ones.


 

 
 
Aside from the orig­i­nal Shit Girls Say, and the wild, Shit Black Black Girls Say, this has to be my favorite — prob­a­bly because I’ve heard a lot of these state­ments in conversation.

Not sur­pris­ingly, this video has stirred up quite a bit of talk/controversy. The cre­ator, Franch­esca, will be fea­tured on Ander­son Cooper’s show. You can read more about the inter­view here. You see the inter­view (not the best qual­ity) here.

    Too funny! “What F-stop are you at?” and “You don’t use Picasa?”

    I like the “Shit White Girls Say to Black Girls” video too. I think Franchesca’s videos are hilar­i­ous. I’ve also expe­ri­enced some of those state­ments she men­tioned in her video and beyond. I think the one that blew my mind most was what some­one said to me when I was in high school: “Not to be racist, but your not like most black guys”. WTF!?!
