you’re never too old for legos

When I was a kid, I had shoeboxes full of Lego brickss, and was always building something with them. Of course, I was all too happy to buy all sorts of Legos (namely themed kits) for my son when he was younger. Fast forward to my mid-40s, and I’m still playing with those wonderful plastic bricks. Lego has a great architecture series. A friend has two kits in his home office. Given my love of architecture, particularly in Chicago, I had to have my own Lego models for my office. I picked up a couple of kits at the Lego store in New York.

That Lego store in Rockefeller Center is awesome! Last time I was there, I bought one of the empty containers that you can fill with whatever you want, with all the glorious color possibilities.
    Have fun building!

I was taking pictures of the big tower of bins with different colored bricks in them. I think my eyes were wider than any kid in the store. :-)
