Con­grats to Carla – Top Chef All Stars Fan Favorite!!! Ok, as a fan of the show, I would be remiss if I didn’t give a big shout out to Richard Blais for win­ning Top Chef All Stars. Kudos to Mike Isabella, as well, for a great finale. The food looked great!
